Amp and Speaker Setup please help

Hi guys, im pretty new to the whole car audio etc. Anywho, I have some infinity speakers etc. And just got a 350 watt amp and want to hook it up to my two rear speakers. What is the best way to connect the + and - wires to the speaker? I do not want to solder anything. What kind of connecter can i use?

butt connectors. make sure you tape them afterwards.

rofl listen to the names you guys came up with for these connectors, its male and female connectors, the male end is generally on the speaker
