Amp and deck issues

I've got 2 800 watt sugar 10's ran to a 800 watt skar amp. When I turn the truck on everything will come on except the deck. But if I take the remote wire out the deck will come on. Any ideas?

More Info needed. Model and brand of subs.. Model of Skar amplifier,and type and size of supply wiring,and where is the supply wiring coming from? Locatation and size of Ground wiring for amplifier. Type of HU/Deck and how it is connected to amplifier.

With the remote wire out. Make a jumper from the amp's power to the amp's remote terminal. If it turns on then the amp is ok. If not then the amp is bad.
