I'm trying to find an amp to wire to my 3- Alumapro Alchemy 10-4's (600w max, 300w RMS). Now I've got two in mind that I'm considering using but I don't know if what I want to do is possible.

1) Orion XTRPRO 1000.1 amp that runs 1000w@1ohm, 500w@2ohms, and 250w@4ohms.

2) Autotek XS1500.1 amp that runs RMS 1500w@1ohm, 900w@2ohms, and 450w@4ohms

First thing I want to know is if it's possible to wire my three subs to either of these amps and have enough output? Second is how many ohms should I wire it for if I want them to hit but not die out? And third, if anyone knows what kind of wiring I need for this job could you let me know that as well?

so which amp would be best to use? and could someone tell me what wiring i need to buy to make this work right? also, what does wiring "parallel" mean?

well for amp to sub wire use 10 or 12 awg

and parallel wiring for your three sub situation would consist of connecting three wires to a positive terminal on your amp and connecting those three wires to the positive terminals on each of your subs then you would do the same thing going from the negative terminal on tp to the negative terminals on the subs

this yields a 1.33 ohm load if im not mistaken

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

This tested well on youtube - not familiar with the brand but it is a pretty standard china build house amplifier...

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
