WHAT???People with mental instability can't make rational decisions. That is why they are mentally ill. People run these have responsibility for their actions. They exploited her mental illness for entertainment. It is sickening.

She can't be expected to understand the heat in her state.

I don't know about you, but when I "just do my job" I am still liable for my actions. I have a level of responsibility.

More than one report including the morning show stated she was delusional. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to agree she had mental problems. She was stalking Paula Abdul for crying out loud. That itself is clear evidence of someone lacking rational thought.

I thought I made my point perfectly clear. Society is constantly skirting responsibility and losing compassion for human life.

Yes the bullies should be held to some level of responsibility if it can proven their actions helped perpetuate the event.

I see what you are getting at. This is why my focus is on the developers of the show or ones making the critical decisions. Not only have they killed a contestant, they are as you observed, ruining the lives of the judges.
