Anybody have a pair of these that have been used in a db drag? I just bought 2 and a AB PH4000MD and was hoping to see what kind of numbers they put up. Also, any opinions on them would not hurt either. I am always looking to get expert opinions from others as long as it does not go into a bash fest.

Picked up 2 new XFL1244's for $350 with free shipping and a new PH4000MD for $300 with free shipping.

They are decent subs nothing to write home about. As far as numbers no one in this wrld can tell u what u will get. Start testing.

I bought both subs and amp brand new still in the boxes. Im not looking for what I would hit, im looking to see what other people have hit with them. facepalm

Not trying to be one. U could do 120 - 150 somewhere between there.. If u think I am being harsh then u have not been around long.

Maybe you have a hard time reading. I said in the very beginning that I bought everything new (which you did not pay attention to), I asked what other people have put up numbers wise (not what I would do with them) and my stats show ive been on here for like 3 days. When someone ask's (more than likely a newb to the site) a question about something from a vet that has been around for a while, they dont want everything thrown in their face about how stupid they are and everything but the info they asked for. This forum kills me with the amount of a** faces that just try to bash everything and everyone instead of helping or giving advice. I thought this forum would be a big help but obviously I was way off.

Yes, I have done some homework on them before purchasing. All the reviews were positive but any joe shmoe could have said them and I have not seen many people talk about using them in comps. That's why im asking now.

I already have the big 3 done and have a BNIB Kinetik 1200 that I can sell off for a 1800. Might upgrade the alt if I absolutely have to. A guy on fb tested his with just an optima battery and was able to get 2032 rms out of his so I think I should be alright.

Don't mean anything. Every car is going to be different. That's a budget amp. I don't expect efficiency out of it

Everything I bought is meant to be for the Rookie 2 class im running in for Team NESPL (2000W RMS amp max, one battery/powercell in rear of vehicle, etc.) Yes it is a budget amp but it's within my price range and puts out what I need. It has been compared to the Massive N4, they look d**n near identical. I'm only going to burp it for the comps.

Why are you getting defensive? What good is any amp if it goes into protect on every burp? Electrical is the second most important factor to output. Box being first
