Ok so it has burn marks on the internals. It works fine and if u dont believe me i could maybe hook it up and show u but i honestly hope u take my word. lol. Forgot to mention that it is modded and can take voltage up to 17 volts i believe rxzilla said. Im pretty set on price. I might take a partial trade with 400 or so cash and something that values around 250...
