Just to clear this up alittle, The VFL1000.1 is 2 VFL500.1's in one heatsink (4 0ga inputs, 2 per 500.1). Where the VFL1100.1 is truly one amp in one heatsink(3 0ga inputs all going to one board). The new 1100.1 has less output than the 1000.1 over all. Most likely the 1000.1 will be discontinued and a new higher model will be out.
