Sold American Bass 400.1 and FL1804R *need repair*

I was going to trade my Concept 65.4 for this, hooked it up and it has a pretty bad alternator whine. Powers up fine, but I'm assuming there's a problem with the RCA ground.

Condition 5/10 (scratches) functionality 5/10 asking 100 shipped OBO, send offers.
