i need to know, i am white, my dog is black. is this ok? do i need to get a new dog? would that make me racist for getting rid of my dog because he is black?

i never thought about it this way... i always tell him what to do, i make him do all sorts of extraneous fetching work, he eats when i tell him to, i even keep him in a crate (his "slave quarters" if you will).
