nah i dont want it to blow up or give the guy a bad rep as he really is a kinda nice guy but just isnt coming through for me on this one

i would agree with that- unless it doesnt get resolved satisfactorily... remember- nice guy or not- you are the one that got the wrong box... you are the customer- you are entitled to what you paid for, or your money back! either way- good luck man!
