Am I going to lose my license?

Ok well Im having extremely bad luck. A few monthes back, I got a small speeding ticket (30 in a 20). The jude threw it out, and gave me the small driving "class". Well I just got a 40 in a 30 ticket, and for the same court date I have a nosie violation ticket...(which is a non moving violation so that doesnt matter). But heres my worry. I got into a small fender bender (my mirror clipped another cars mirror..didnt have my license on me and got a ticket for that which is also non-moving violation)..but I heard thats 4 points on your license for a wreck, and a speeding ticket that isnt thrown out is 4 points. Im also 17, so thats 8 point, which means Ill most likely be royally f'ed. What do you guys think?

I think it is 12 points here in TN.

man i lost my licence 4 times allready haha even got my temp's taken away back in the day hahaha

ever since i have moved here to utah i have had a suspended licence 1 full year so far. and one year in ohio....... im actually prolly eleigable to get my l's back.... just havent got around to it...

Explain to me how thats bad luck. You haven't mentioned one thing that you couldn't have prevented by thinking things out and using more foresight and restraint.

Both speeding tickets are not me driving stupid. Im pretty sure everyone does 10 over, esp in a 20. And I was 15 ft from where the speed limit changed from 30 to 45 when I got the 40 mph ticket.
