What's up guys!!!

I have 2 12 inch L7's in a piece of sh!t prefab ported box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif .

I'm pushing them with a A2400DB Power acoustik amp. I have the subsonic filter, bass boost and low pass turned all the way down, But I have the main gain about 3/4 high.

The amp puts out 1,400 watts Rms and my subs handle 1,500 Rms (pair)....

Am I gonna fry my subs with this amp ?

No, L7's can take a beating.

Aside from that, your LPF should not be set all the way down. If you turned it up to around 80hz or in that general area you'll find you can turn the gain down on the amp as you are opening up the range for the sub.

nope..kickers can handle alot...running them at rms is recommended..but over rms voids warranty or whatever...i always stay at or below rms ratings

What worries me is that after a couple of minutes of loud music my subs start to smell weird and they didn't smell that way with my smaller amp....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif
