Am i getting scammed out of subs? Sent money never got anything? Weird situation.

i only tagged you just so you could resolve this and not have a similar situation like Skar. i figured you would clean in up quick before every jumped on the Riot wagon and began the uprising.

Cal's post is one of those i hope would not occur. he's thinking rash.
Indeed... coincidentally a little bit before you tagged me I was already checking in w/ Brandon as he had mentioned it to me last week but forgot to go back and reply again with the resolution after we talked about it. I still have the invoice on my shipping table from March of 2010 (it became somewhat legendary as it's older than most employees here now) -- coffee stains and all... we've been wondering when we'd here back.

It amazes me that some people WANT to see that we are in the wrong here... when the only problem was a delay in communication; which I've been working hard to speed up as much as I can.

The customer got a reply this morning BEFORE I saw the thread, by the way... nice way to jump to conclusions and see what you want to see. I only saw this because my name was tagged in it -- I don't read every thread on every forum; especially if it's not in my section. It's nice that people such as yourself are always looking for some way to drag down a successful person or entity, though.
The original e-mail thread indicates all the facts were being lined out before a resolutions is made; 1) that the woofers are no longer here and 2) that the time-table is correct -- followed by 3) the resolution.

I contacted the customer for nine months, per my e-mail log, after building the drivers about pick up, shipping, meeting up, etc -- then no further replies came back to my e-mails (prior to building them we had some e-mail difficulties back and forth as well). When a customer buys something and says they are coming to get it -- I assume they will come get it OR they will eventually call or e-mail me again. Obviously something major happened in this case and that never happened -- BUT after 2.5 years when the customer did e-mail us again the situation was resolved amicably; albeit with a little bit of delay due to us being very busy -- there was no need for any post at all; my name being tagged in this post is the only reason I saw it and has nothing to do with resolving the issue.

Therefore; there is absolutely no reason to be making the assumptions that you are making.
actually jacob, you are only reading what you want and are jumping to conclusions i love sundown products and have no reason to nor intention of dragging you or your company down.

i simply replied to what was said in the original post and made the comment that no type of resolution was made untill this thread went up . also according to op there was no mention of the attemps of comunication you are speaking of and the resolution just came out today which i made the comment should have been offered @ the time of the reply stating product was sold . so i dont see why you take that as me trying to harm your company im being completely honest and am going off the info listed in the the thread. if op is telling something different then what happened then thats beyond me. the conclusion i form in my mind is based on what i reed and how i feel if i was on the other end of this deal not about my feelings towards sundown , which i made cleay are not negative .

i still think its wrong that nothing was offered to customer and does not matter if its sundown or not wrong is wrong ...

If I took you the wrong way, my apology, I do tend to get annoyed quickly when it seems like someone is attacking us for something we did not do -- so perhaps we are all clear now on both sides. It seems like this whole thread was building up to a massive witch hunt until it was brought to my attention -- when it's nothing more than a delayed communication.

As far as "nothing being offered" -- as I said; it didn't get that far in the process yet. Brandon was verifying the product was no longer here and verifying the time-line -- at which point he came to me to ask me what I knew about it (last week) and we figured out it was the "legendary" 2.5 year old invoice -- and he just forgot to go back and e-mail the customer at that time presumably due to a distraction of some kind. That is all; there is no ill intent -- just a delay. It should have been two e-mails back to back but it simply got forgotten for a bit -- and a delay can certainly make things seem a different way.

And I know how the net' can be -- so here is "proof" of said coffee stained invoice from the shipping table to remind us the customer never picked up the product; as a reminder for when we heard back :

i can only agree. i always read how you're always backlogged with emal, and got a ton going on. some things just get mis-placed/ forgotten. they'll understand i would imagine. keep up the good work. just saw the V.4 Z and hi-x Z.3. crazy impressive..

Also... I am NOT annoyed with the customer at all, just some of the initial reaction; as I have no issue giving him a refund for the product AND he did not try to "call us out" from the get go -- obviously I have always intended to resolve the transaction as I've held onto the invoice all this time.

I did not want to take ANY action until hearing back as who knows what would happen to funds mailed out or dumped into a Paypal account that the customer may not use / have control of anymore.

Either way... we are taking care of him with this matter.

jacob i accept your apology , and i appoligize, for my actions. i will also add that as we have all seen here sundown, will take care of business. also since jacob, has offered what is a fair rsolution this thread should be deleted as its no longer an issue unless op has something to add?

i dont think i passed judgement i just stated what was said in the original post that company offered no help or resolution thus why op started the thread . also you were on o f the first to judge remeber? Sounds like something DC Creations would do or RAM Designs
Calm down kid.

And in reference to my first post, I was joking with Dustin and Ryan. I do that a lot.

I thought my response would have confirmed that.

OP and Jacob just let keep us informed on the situation so we can lock/delete this once this is taken care of.
