Lets say you sent a pretty reputable company 550 bucks 2 years ago for some subs you planned on picking up in person, and had some personal issues and etc and other **** had to come first, and the plans to pick them up or get them shipped fell through. You informed the company about this situation. Time went by and nothing was said about them until things got situated. Said company makes no effort to contact you, and then when you email them about picking them up later on down the road, they claim they sold them because you couldnt be contacted.
Should you be screwed out of your money, and your subs, and be able to do nothing about it or what? Id like to get my money back, or get a set of replacement subs, but my emails have been ignored it would seem for about a week and a half. At this point im not really mad, just confused as to why im getting no replies, no refunds, no subs, or anything.
Heres my take on it, i paid for a set of subs, **** happened i couldnt get them shipped or pick them up. Company sold the subs obviously for another amount of money, so effectively 2 people bought the same set of subs, shouldnt the person who paid for them but got nothing, get his money back or something?

The next email i got skipped around my entire question, and simply noted that I last contacted them last DEC. I replied again
A week went by, got no reponse, have replied 3 times with this, to 2 different people, no response yet.

Hey man, i know its been a while since i paid you for those 2 18"s with the T3 TSS motors, but my friend finally got his **** together and got the money to get them shipped. We were going to try and make it there to pick them up but hes had alot going on. I messaged you before about it and i think you said 30/each to ship them. I have paypal ready as soon as you get back with me about them

at the 2 year mark we sold the subs as we had not heard anything from you and we had send a few emails with no reply.

Thats fine, just refund me my money through paypal and i will order some more. I had kept in contact with (company owner) about them and last i heard a few months ago he still had them and would ship them as soon as my friend got the money together.

I understand its been a while, the subs were for a friend of mine who was having alot of issues at the time. If i knew it would be a big issue i wouldve loaned him the money to ship them, but he just now got the funds to continue on with the build. Can you guys build anything else to replace them or just refund my money and i will order something else? I sent 550 through paypal. Since the () series is out now i was thinking of going that route for him, but need 18s. I can pay for shipping on a set as i have the money in paypal now.
