am i calculating volume right?

well im tryin to see if i am calculating volume right so i made up some demensions and someone that knows how to do it tell me if i calculated right. Here r the demensions 21 x 32 x 20, and this is what i got... 6.3874 cu ft am i right?

Using .75" thickness I got

6.36740451389

using

( (21-1.5) * (32-1.5) * (20-1.5) ) / (12^3)

So that is pretty close
