Alternator voltage booster

I got a Pontiac G6. with a 220 amp Alt. It charges it 14 volts. I figured a .6 volts be a good help. just trying to find a good alternator voltage booster for the money. Not a big bass head (burbs) like to start doing comps, want to have all my bases covered. It will be running yellow top in front Kinetik 3800 with a (trying to find another battery) in the back

powering A DD M4a and a RF T600-4.

You have the right idea working on electrical before slapping in stupid big amps...but I would be cautious putting boosters of any kind on your alternator. Thing is alternators are built to pretty particular specifications. I would recommend having it rebuilt for higher output, but judging from the 220 you already have your at a level that getting a good company to build you one particularly for high current audio systems (like DC power)... look for something that has good idle amps...btw don't buy overdrive pulleys...

With those 2 big batts and a big alt what are u trying to run...u already said ur not a big bass head so I see no reason to buy a voltage booster becausewhat u have is already good enough for a nice daily loud beater?
