Alternator upgrade needed??

I am going to be running a kicker zx1000.1, 1000 wattsX1 @ 2 ohms and a soundstream reference 200, 45 wattsX2 @ 4 ohms.

I have an '88 full size Chevy Blazer, not sure how many amps the stock alternator is. I've been told it's either a 78 amp or a 94 amp.

I plan on doing the big 3, but am I going to have to upgrade my alternator?

If those are RMS ratings it would be a good idea, but not absolutly necessary. If those are peak ratings it is not as critical. But if you are cranking it all the time then I would say yes.
