I know people are saying the best "bang for your buck" wire nowadays is the WeldingSupply wire

I was wondering if anyone had tried Welding Supply UltraFlex, unforunately you can only buy it in orange, but still $2.29 /ft for "UltraFlex" sounds a good deal

and why is this?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
Neoprene jacket, lower grade copper - give it time, it will be green and green = high resistance = voltage loss = undervoltage at the amp = trouble

You can find Kicker wire cheaper than KnuKonceptz.....Just gotta find the right hookup, however, KnuKonceptz is the best priced car audio wire I have seen that is available to anyone whenever they need it.

Just my 2 cents. If I didn't know someone locally who hooks me up like they do, I'd be running all Knukonceptz.

Anything exposed to the elements will deteriorate over time. That was a silly example.
So your car is not exposed to weather? A lot of people like to clean their engine bay, water has a very good chance to get right at the connection points. I'd like to see if the Neoprene holds moisture, in that case routing the cable under the car would be a disaster.
