Alternator sqeak

Ok, i'm gettin the alternator whine in my driver side speaker. I know why, my main power wire in ran very close to my speaker wire. Now...here's the problem...how can i isolate the speaker wire (going to the trunk) from the power wire, goin the same way. How far apart do they need to be in order to elimiate this sound? Or is there somethign i can put inbetween them to seperate the two? Thanks,

Run your power down one side of the car and everthing else down the other.

And revrider, the power is on the driver side of the car, going all the way back to my distributino block. How do i get the driver side speaker wire "away" from that power wire.

I usually just run everything on the other side and then across. I have done a couple of installs where everything is removed in the inerior and run the speaker wires down the middle and split to each speaker.
