Alternator or wiring?

Have a 230amp DC alternator on my 99 accord. Kinetik hc1400 in front and batcap 4000 in the back. Running around 3000k rms. I'm still getting dims and voltage drop on vol past 20-23ish. The voltage drop isn't high, drops to around 13v. I checked all my wiring, no fuses are blown and everything is tighten. Now the only problem I'm thinking about is the install on the alternator. The belts squeak every morning the car starts on. I don't know whether it's the cold weather or not. It squeaks for a second or two, I'll have to get the alternator install check soon. Any suggestions? Where can I take the alternator to so it can be tested?
