Alternator noise

Can some obe help me out I have a alpine cd deck and a alpine amp powering my mids but I'm getting slot of alternator noise. I'm using good jl ca cables and none of my speaker wire is ran with the power cable so I can't figure out y its doing it. Dry if this is nit spelled properly I'm posting this from a phone thanks for the help.
