alternator help

I have a 2001 Ford f150 5.4L Triton v8 4WD extra cab truck and I was looking for at least a 200 amp alternator but I wouldn't mind bigger, I just need some recommendations on brands and what would fit my truck and just general information on if I need anything else aside from the alternator.

mechman dc singer ohio gen. all make alts over 300a im sure
