alternator getting weak?

alright i was messing around and had my volt real low like 12.9 running for a day or so........ thats full tilt, now my alt will only go to 14.45 volts at highest and normaly it runs at 14.6.... and the other night i was idling for 30min or so and it was running at 13.85volt.............. its stock alt (110amps) and starting battery and 134ah battery in back

Most stock alt have a voltage window of 13.8v-14.2. Is it getting warmer where you live? Heat could be lowering output.

I would try doing the big 3 upgrade that might fix the problem. You could run a HO alt on stock wireing but I wouldn't recommend it.

hell thats better then my car lol...i got 3 deaks in runk and 1 yellow top underhood and i am running 12.8 with factory alternator...cant wait untill tomorrow when i receive my DC POWER alt then i will be running around 14.5-15 at idle full tilt i should see around 13.5 -14 maybe

Great alt.............. Worth the wait you will be experiencing.
