alternator for 2 orion 2500d's

to help power my 2 orion 2500 d's (2 xxx 18s) that will be in my lincoln LS.

God **** I'm not too sure but It'll deff need to be huge! Also, more than one battery would be essential, I would assume.

i've been coming to the realization that there aren't too many good aftermarket alternator companies. the only company i trust is http://www.mean-green.com but i don't think they make much bigger then 200 amp. i just scaled my system back so i could run a stock alt. **** spending $300 + on junk.

Another option is to run a custom Dual alt system. Gonna be expensive though.

I would say you are going to need around 400 amps of current. I would say two 200 amps alts would be best option for you.

get something in the area of 225 ~ 250A and add a couple of large batteries, ie; kinetic 2400's

that would be more than enough

I think a good 250-300 amp alternator would suffice. After all , I believe 200 is the MAX amparage draw at 1 ohm. Chances are it'll never even come close to that amount.
