my 200a small case just pooped itself... what should i get i have 2 bats and atleast 3250w combined... would the dc 270a be to much? some retard said a 165a would do... but dc said i need a 270a suggestions?

Well then you need to figure out how much current you're drawing and try to supply it. If it killed a 200a, either that alt was junk or it was drawing way more than 200a. The answer seems pretty clear pal.

will the 270a witch puts out like 310 at 1200rpm blow my 300a fuses?

All cop cars have 200a alternator if you can make it fit, they're cheap.
