I called powermasters to check out an alternator for my car(1996 Bonneville 3.8) and when i told him what kind of car I have , he told me that my car has a 140 amp alt already installed, so i really don`t need to upgrade my alt. unless I`m going to compete..to me that`s good news for a daily driver, btw I have the big-3 done in 1/0 ga. i thought i might want to pass this along to somebody who has a similar cars this alos applies to Olds.
