I've worked out off/on for over 5 years. Everytime I start getting the results I want I get injured again and have to pick right back up from the start. At my "best" I was in great shape, then separated my shoulder and it took the wind out of my sails for a few months.Suppliments wont do the work for you. 4 weeks dont give you much time to make noticable differences anyways. Shoulda been on this one a few months ago
You are completely right, but just letting you know that I'm not new to working out. I've learned from the past that I'm a hard gainer. The only supplement I'd be taking is NO, because whey (to me) isn't a supplement in the sense that most people take it.
Where did you get 4 weeks from, though?
