Alright, got my flame suit on...have at it.

Plugs. Great idea!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
i wanna do that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Looks clean, but I'd hardly call those aeros and I'm expecting there will still be some chuffing/port noise despite the 1/4" flare on one end.
its a 3/8 flare and its on both ends:crazy:

and he said it eliminated the noise in the slot box he already had

so if i have a sealed 2.1cubed box for my maw 15, and i wanted to tune it to say 29 -31 hz for home theater, all i would have to do is cut a hole and drop a pipe in?

I like the round over. Did something similar to one of my old boxes.

That looks great. How did you attach the pvc to the wood? Did you just cut the holes in the wood so that the pvc would fit in it and then glue it? Thanks.
use a double baffle....cut the inner baffle to fit the port into tightly, use a flush trim on the outer baffle so the hole is only as big as the ID of the port tube, then use a roundover on the edge. I use gorilla glue and pressure to glue the port to the wood itself.

Gotcha. Nice work.
