Alpine Warranty question

If the warranty has long passed, and a Head Unit stops working, let's say a 9815, would I be able to send it back for repairs? At a shipping cost? How long does it usually take? How would they contact me to tell em what's wrong and how would I know how much it cost? thanks.

take a look at united radio they are really good and have nice prices on repairs quick turn around if the a part is in stock.
