Alpine vs. Kicker

Alright, Im thinking about getting some new speakers and Ive been looking into either Alpine or Kicker.

The models are:

1. Alpine : Alpine SPS-170A

2. Kicker : Kicker K65

I want speakers that get really loud without much distortion.

the kickers will be louder with less distortion, but the alpines will be a bit clearer and better sounding at lower volumes. it all depends on how loud you want it to be. i suggest listening to the speakers somewhere and deciding for yourself how loud you want it to be and what sounds best to you at those volumes.

i have listened to them both and i thought the kickers were a ton better, but thats just my opinion.

I agree with Bumpin, very happy with Kicker speakers

put an amp to either one and ull be plenty loud
