Alpine v12 current issues

I just hooked up my 10'' type r's to a v12 MRD-M605 mono amp with a 1 ohm load. Well, it sounds so much better than it did. Trouble is it keeps shutting off saying current. Whats up with that?

Checked the ground and we ran a new wire, 10g and its bolted yet we still have the problem.

Could it be because we are trying to run it at 1 ohm?

Yep its only 2 ohm stable
