The cvx will destroy a tpye x on output. So if you are looking to gain volume, wrong choice of sub.

so at that point i would have to get a bigger alternator.thats y i was wondering if any 1 sub would be louder.i'm still open for suggestions.i really dont have room for two unless i downgrade to two cvr's which i really dont want to do

ur saying that the kicker 08zx750.1 isnt enough power to run my cvx 12 ? i have a 95 amp alternator with a 950 amp battery with 130 amp reserve.if not then,i should get the 1000.1 ?
