Alpine type R round port recommendation

Ok. I've got a left over last years 12" type r. It's displacement is .07 and the box I'm working with is an existing old box from a previous install. With current slot port tuned to 40 hz and 1.75, the sub sounds very bad. I've played the sub on mtx 600 watt rms amp and a 2000 watt hifonics. No good. With out the slot port it has a gross of 2.08 cubic feet. I need a round port recommended that will allow enough net volume and tuning around 32-33.

I think alpine says 3.5 x13". Maybe I'm wrong. It's been a while. Sub will be on 600 rms daily
