what did i say that was dumb? I just assumed crutchfield was always overpriced. these speaksers are 240 at the local best buy, so why does crutchfield have the lowest prices i could find?

makes sense, the new ones are almost twice the $, can't be that much better right?(not that i am considering it any way, there are better subs for $200

ohh and in the reviews there I found a setup i think i want to use:

"I had two of these bad boys powered by my flux capacitator and let me tell you..they are CRAZY LOUD! I suggest these subs to anyone..but beware these subs contain LOTS of DB's."

I have a spare Flux-Cap layin in my garage, you think it can really release all the DB's contained it these subs like the review suggests?
