Alpine Type R 1042D older

I have a 10" Alpine Type R, 1042D, am planning to use it as a 2ohm.

THe only problem is i'm trying to fidn the specs for a ported amp for it... but i cant cause the alpine page only has the newer 1042D specs up... that one is 500RMS

and the one i have is 300RMS its the older version.

So could someone please tell me the specs for a ported box... with a tuning for Loudness, and wether a 4ohm comfig or a 2ohm config would sound better... cause i'm still working on getting the amp so it would help if i know which ohms i'm aiming for.

Even if you dont know about the ohms question... but know of the specs/dimensions for the ported box please let me know... and let me know if its internal or external dimensions...

but isn't that for the new one? cause it says 500rms there and mine is only 300rms..or are the specs the same just the rmx output changed?

sorry, try this one....the model number you gave us is wrong....yours is swr-1041d (dual 4 ohm) or swr-1021d (dual 2 ohm)
