So. which one of these do you think would be better. i havent choosen a sub yet. i want to start of with the amp. which one of these would be a better amp. ignoring price. just based on value for dollar and sound quality. i know that the alpine puts out 1000 w rms. but is it worth it?

i think Alpines are over rated (popularity and price ) for what they are.

id take a sundown long before an alpine, in fact a broken sundown has more value to me than anything alpine makes these days...........

and i would take the sundown of the alpine, the sundown will prolly put out just as much as the alpine at 2 ohms lol

and the diff ohm loads like 2 or 1 is just how much power you get out of a certain amp
