Alpine MRD-M605 with 12w6v2??

Hey, I am looking at a car to buy and he is offering an Alpine MRD-M605 amp with it. I WILL be getting a JL 12w6v2 and was just wondeirng if the Alpine amp will be a good match for the sub. Thanks.

That amp should push the sub pretty well...i'm running mine off a 2channel amp that bridges at 460x1@4ohms, but is overrated...
