Alpine MRA-F350 New system

Anyone now anything about this amp. I picked up one cheap(169.99 shipped) because had alot of controls and figured worst case use in wifes vehicle. Hoping this thing is as good as it sounds but do not want to buy a new HU to just run this thing if not its not worth it. Got new truck working on deciding what all is going into the new install. This is what is going in so far.

HU-undecided(Alpine-W205-D310-9860/Eclpise-CD5000)

Amp-Alpine MRA-F350? and something else(JL, Autotek in garage)

Front stage-Pioneer TS-C720PRS

Rear-?

SUB-ID/Diyama?

Anyone got any other suggestions about what I haven't bought give me your thoughts.
