Alpine mono amps

Hey, i just ordered(from here) an alpine mrd-m301. It is supposed to be 350X1 @ 2ohms and 14.4. I saw a birthsheet in the birthsheet thread that said it was like 404. ARe these usually consistent? I really need 400-500 for my infinity perfect 12DVQ, but i figured Alpine would have better SQ than many amps in the price range that i was looking for(I already have a profile with 410rms and it sounds great).

also, how is this different than the mrp-m350 that has similar specs?

Any opinions are much appriciated. Thanks!

brian
