Is there any sort of wiring adapter that I need to wire this into my jeep? If so how do I find out what I need and where can I get it. I'm not ordering the HU from crutch or any other store that would already be providing an adapter. Thanks.

If you want to retain your factory wiring harness (which I agree with 100%, especially if you decide to sell your vehicle in the future), I believe Schoshe makes the appropriate wiring harness, it plugs into your factory harness and splices into your head unit's wires, thereby allowing you to plug in your factory stereo if need be without much hassle.
