Alpine cda9886 cutting off

I have a 90 suburban with a alpine cda9886 and when I turn up the volume between 15-25 it cuts off the whole radio speakers and all speakers include 2 boss 3.5" in the dash and 2 4x10" factory speakers all work except when I turn it up already replaced wires all the way to the back. I didn't have a problem until I tried hooking up a 10" Rockford fosgate up
