Alpine bypass stopped working?

I have an Iva-w505 with the ptr7 and I can't get any video anymore. I took the radio out of the dash to make some adjustments, but didn't disconnect any wires. I put in back in and got no video and can only see audio setup. I reprogrammed it and it gives me all of the confirmation blinks and flip the switch back off, hook all the other wires back up and still no video. Does anyone know what would cause it to go bad? It was working great. Should I order another one?
