Alpine 9887

LOL //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Guess it should have been obvious. I just hate carrying 250 CDs around in my truck with me all the time. The 30gig iPod takes care of that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif But i wish the deck controls of an iPod worked more like an iPod, where you can listen to a song, then just hit 'back' and go back to the artist list you were in or whatever instead of having to start at the beginning every time.

has anyone had issues with their 9887 switching source on its own? seems like their have been two instances where my headunit changed from one source to another by itself.

not sure if maybe i am hitting the source button on my steering wheel by accident since i have the steering wheels controls hooked up...

thoughts?

my remote doesn't have batteries in it so that can't be the issue. i hope its not my phone causing this! LOL

if it happens again i will bring it back to the shop i purchased it from.

I put this radio in my 97 BMW M3 a couple months ago and I LOVE it! I've always really liked Alpine, plus it melds with the dash in the Bimmer real well, especially when you change the display to amber, almost looks factory!
