I was originally gonna go with this Soundstream Amp...

Then I heard Alphasonik was pretty good and I found this one...

Alphasonik and Audiobahn are owned by the same firm...Swiss Audio and a few others that escape my mind now are also covered under that.

I've read benchtests done on that amp and the results 2600-2800rms with a good electrical system. search and you'll see for yourself.

another thing alphasonik was bought out by Audiobahn....that does not mean that Alphasonik's perform the same as Audiobahn's....Im sure they didnt just fire all of Alphasonik's original developers/tech's.

Thats just like saying Directed is the same as PPI and Orion....Do those 3 companies amps perform the same?

Go for it is a great amp does its rated and more and is very cheap for the amount of power it produces

hmmm....ok...I guess that works for me. I mean of course i;m REALLY trying to get out of paying an extra $600 but I also wanted to make sure that it was still as good or near as good as the Soundstream. I'm gonna run it to a CMPX215 it seems and I want SQ. I was just hoping it wasn't gonna create mass distortion and sound like crap. So so far it's 1 to 1....neone else?

I have heard the same from several people. They are worth the money. I was going to purchase two but the seller was a lazy *** and never got back to me after repeated attempts to contact him.
