I would personally never run JL, or get any work done by Unique Autosports. Too expensive, and there are much better options for the money. JL is too mainstream and overpriced, and Unique does the same thing on almost every car that comes out of the shop. Brands like Fi, Sundown, IA, etc. offer great products as well as some individuality. Sure, everyone and their brother is running the stuff on here, but most would be hard-pressed to find another person in their town who knows the companies, let alone runs the equipment.

in all honesty i agree 100%. as posted before i only praise jl audio because im bored and enjoy pissing every one off. both fi and sundown are in my favorites and i plan to buy them soon enough

than i guess your just as stupid as he is. go into any high end install shops and look around. what will u see? alpine jl focal etc. do u see any fi or sundown products?? no because they are cheap internet brand shit.

last "high end" shop I went into had exactly 0 JL products....

ever heard of Zapco, DLS, Crystal etc?

Alpine makes consumer stuff (except F1 status)

JL makes high-end consumer

Focal makes low end audiophile stuff (except their highest end stuff)

You probably think Bose and Denon are the truly high end home stuff too

Closest JL shop to me is over an hour away. My local shop deals Memphis, Alpine, Eclipse, Focal, Diamond, and Cerwin-Vega. Both high-end and consumer products.
