You can do just a straight up circle baffle that will cover the hole, you can go up to 1" without cutting anything really.

Anymore than that and you gotta cut up alota stuff i would know..

Op if you run into any issure ive had my integra completely stripped multiple times, dash included.

got a good bit done today
got the crossovers and mids mounted. the tweeter output on the crossover I put in the passenger door had crapped out so after I got the door put back together I had to pull everything back apart.

tweeters were a pain in the ***. the wire was so flimsy that when I crimped a butt splice on it cut right through the wire so I had to solder some better wire on

everything mounted and in place. Im thinking about grinding down the factory tweeter grills as per madmat's suggestion, but until then...

mounting the amps tomorrow

what kind of wood did u use to build that baffle i have the same car and getting the same speakers so i was wondering. it won't fit into the stock one

Freaking Molex plugs!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spent 4.5 hours yesterday doing the driver side door speaker wire yesterday! I went to start on the passenger side and realized that I couldnt even find the opening in the cabin.......

best thing to do would be to tape like a hanger on the end of the wire and it will push right through the opening so you can find it coming into the cabin.

I cant stand those things. I spent forever trying to get the plugs apart, and then when I finally did get it apart, I looked at it and said FUCK THAT

got one of my konaki's today. ups beat the hell out of the box, and the shipping material is pretty crappy. the only thing between the bottom of the motor and the ground is the box

the box is a prefab made for 10" . my new box should be MUCH more useful!
