i would fuse the wire anyways. what if it comes loose? i would do 150a inline for the monoblock, and maybe 80a for whatever smaller amp you get. i dunno if they make 80a anls though.
i have 2x 300a between batteries and 150a inline to both amps

Having fuses from the distro to the amp is unnecessary if you don't want to spend the money. The onboard fuses in the amps will protect them.

this is true, but overkill is good.

FWIW, i have seen amps fry w/o blowing ANY fuses. inline or onboard
