All 4 speakers crackle after a certain bass note.

I have a slight problem, if I turn my volume up in my car to loud or a bass hits hard the speakers will crackle at any high pitch sound or low bass. To fix this I found that all I have to do is unplug the head unit then plug it back in and it solves the problem. I was wondering what causes this and how to fix it.

Head unit- pioneer deh3700mp

Front door speakers- kicker Dsc65

Rear deck- scosche 6x9 (no hate, present from my grandparents)

Ride- 1992 Toyota Camry

What's distorting or damaged the speakers. If so why do they work fine when I re plug in the head unit. Or is it the head unit itself

check your amplifier and headunit ground. check your rcas and see if they're lose, clean them off.

no amp i assume, but using head unit power? as mentioned, distortion maybe? You may have too much bass going to them trying to make up for no sub.

do you have an amplifier or is it just headunit power? when you said bass i thought you had subwoofers, if you don't and you're trying to get too much bass out of a 6.5 inch speaker it will sound distorted..
