Aim Help!

Well i logged on today on my computer and i am going to sign in on aim and it

says if i want the new version so i say " what the heck right" so im downloading it

and then it downloads all the accesorie so i see on my desktop all these icons

from aims internet (the least of my problems) well as i sighn in on aim it says

"your aim service cannot be reached" so then i think i put a wrong password

themn its telling me that i need to check my connection but its no working

so then i restart my comp and still nothing

uninstall, then re-install

or try using an older verson

how do i go back to the old version if i un-install it i would have to get all the people back on:uhoh:

check your windows firewall if using windows xp.. its easy just..

control panel

windows firewall

exceptions

add aol instant messenger

i hate the new versions im using one from like 2001

what if i save my buddy list and dowload a new aim then load my buddy list do u think it would work?
