There should be a law instead of the responsible car owner having to buy seperate insurance for idiots. Personally, I think this hypothetical law should state that it is perfectly okay if someone doesn't have insurance as long as they fully pay for the injury to the other person's property and bodily injury. If they can't or won't pay that then you should be able to take something that is of equal or lesser value from them.

Sure, some folks couldn't even come up with that kind of money if they sold off their house and vehicle(s). Even if they were allowed to keep only the essentials, there is no way they could earn enough money which is why we introduce the concept of human worth. I am not talking eye-for-an-eye, but instead, harvest them for more worthwhile things. The hair on a person's head can bring hundreds of dollars under certain conditions. There are thousands of people on waiting lists for organ transplants who are deserving (and insured motorists). I gotta tell you this one. My cousin was driving in Honolulu and stoped at an intersection and he seen this white honda civic right in front of him with his reverse lights on and all of a sudden when the light turned green the civic reversed right into my cousins Ford Ranger FX4 Level II. My cousin got out of the truck and ready to talk to the guy in the civic but he squealed off like a rocket. Luckily my cousins truck is lifted and had no damage to the truck but the civic was ****ed up. The trunk caved in and the bumper was hanging out. So my cousin didin't really do anything he just left.

man that sucks and people wonder why there are soo many jokes about mexicans driving old pickup trucks with out insurance. You should have just takin the $200 and then jut reported it like you did since there wouldnt be any record of it and then you have a free 200

well audi bumpers aren't cheap to fix... if u have a deep scratch, they have to replace the whole bumper... but it cost $600 to fix a few light scratches in the rear.. also, my ex g/f finally killed her A4... jumped that thing and busted the oil pan and good by motor after that lol...
